Royal Oak Hair Design was founded in 2013 by Mel Taylor. We are a friendly home based salon in Whitchurch On Thames that strive to give all our clients a personal and professional experience.
Mel has been a qualified hairdresser since 1996 and has continued to develop her knowledge and skills, adding nail treatments to her portfolio since 2015.
